fer The Networking Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for day to day
technical oversight of the regional network. The function will provide technical le
adership across operational located activities, tasks, incidents and problem manag
ement. You will lead and guide our primary service providers through their servi
ce delivery lifecycle and obligations. In addition, you will be responsible for
providing technology leadership abilities in respect to continuous Service improvement, id
entifying opportunities, motivating change and standard methodologies across the
environment. capability to operate autonomously while exercising good judgment i
n the assessment of technology priorities and business risks: Provide technical
leadership abilities across the network function, across all partners and service provider
s Provide a key contact point for business partners, other Information technology groups and project
s Define, research and document analysis and recommendations to all interested p
arties including management as well as discussing technical details with enginee
rs Work closely with other CS groups to promote activities of connectivity servi
ces team and ensure transparency of projects, issues and changes impacting end u
sers Work with BT to handle and communicate critical issues for incidents relate
d to the service. And where required lead major incidents Improve cross-team col
laboration and expertise development along with these technical partner teams (e
ngineering, deployment, operations, etc.) Work with product management, engineer
ing and vendor management teams to onboard new products and represent operations
as required to ensure acceptance into service is prosperously delivered Ensure
BT enforce to compliance regulations, change management, incident management, &
problem management policies Manage all operational related internal client commu
nication and escalations and will aggressively drive issues to resolution Assess
and provide CS Network Governance team approval for BAU operational changes and
incidents Provide oversight of the P&P BOW ensure clarity, resource and resourc
es tracking for significant, network maintenance and hygiene assignments Credit Sui
sse maintains a Working Flexibility Policy, subject to the terms as set forth in
the Credit Suisse United States Employment Handbook. You Offer Prior hands-on e
xperience as a Network systems engineer or architect: CCNP qualified Network pro
fessional with significant practice of working in a 3rd line infrastructure ro
le along with an extraordinary analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving and p
roblem management abilities Proven track record of support and troubleshooting o
f core network enterprise infrastructure and devices around Cisco technologies a
s well as practice in working with MPLS wide area networks Good written and ve
rbal interpersonal expertise coupled with strong social and consultative expertise A d
edication to quality, operational service delivery and problem management Abilit
y to engage with different cultures and people at several levels in an organizat
