• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job

networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in
professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Information technology and communications network and systems, manage a team of four
staff, project manage the integration and implementation of the new
CRM and website and provide a strategic overview to meet future
business and system requirements
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development,
upgrade, and support of all current Information technology systems, Websites, PCs, operating
systems, databases telephones, software applications and peripherals.
• Project manage the implementation and integration of the planned new
CRM and customization. Communicate regularly with executive
management and all users of information services and systems.
• Manage and develop Information technology staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance,
discipline.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including
providing written protocols and guidance to Information technology staff and to end users.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation,
including system and user manuals, license agreements, and
documentation of modifications and upgrades.
• supervise provision of Information technology Support for 10 staff in 2 offices.
• Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new
technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication engineering or
equivalent education and practice expertise of Information technology Infrastructure &
Technology operations with 10 to 15 years of practice.
• Progressive Information technology practice, including practice in a multi office
environment. practice in working ITES & BPO.
• Demonstrated capability to lead a team of technical staff, to work with the
Executive
• Management of an organization, and to manage multiple concurrent
projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication expertise.
• Strong project management, organizational and time management expertise
• Strong people management expertise.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and evaluative expertise
