Job Responsibilities:
•Min 2 to 5 years of Exp in Upwork, Freelancer,PPH, Guru online portals is required
•Generate leads for Information technology projects
•Proposal writing, Presentation & Negotiation expertise -
•Client Convincing & Client Handling expertise
•Must take regular follow ups from clients
•Excellent communication expertise
•capability to work collectively towards team goals - Confident Approach & Professionalism - Responsible to handle and manage the projects individually


Candidate expertise Required -
•Should have working practice on Online Bidding portals for eg. - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and PPH.
•Candidate should know how to prepare effective Cover letter,sales latter etc. in very professional manner.
•Candidate should have practice to make authentic documents.
•Should have proven practice with small, medium and large size projects.
•Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.
•Should have hands on practice of dealing with US/UK and Canadian clients.
•Must be proficient in keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering.
•Must be Able to handle Team.
•Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
•Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
•Should have strong Marketing, Sales and Business Development expertise related to Website Development and Website Promotion,Designing.
•Working expertise to generate direct leads or sales.
•Should be able to gather client business requirements and then leading the project team by walking through functional requirements.
•Should manage bid processing and manage order levels, also maintain the CRM Database.
•Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
•He/she should identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
