Job Description


The job entails managing end to end Real Estate Sales in but not limited to the following areas Mumbai Western Line- Dahisar to Churchgate Mumbai Central Line- Kurla- Kalyan Navi Mumbai Thane to Panvel Pune Sourcing and Closing Responsibilities Sourcing and closing of clients for multiple Real Estate projects of various builders in Western line for buying in continuing new projects Residential Projects Commercial Projects Facilitating lead generation by Marketing efforts through Telemarketing Newspaper Inserts Online marketing portals Website SMSEmail marketing Digital Marketing CommercialCorporate Events Others Determining clients needs and financials abilities to suggest the apt property that best suits their requirements Fixing customer appointments and arranging site visits w.r.t. leads generated from all sources Maintaining strong follow-up of existing and prospective clients Constantly updated about location-specific pre-launchcontinuingcompleted projects of different developers Real-time expertise of Real Estate market conditions, banking and property financing related matters Compiling and sending MIS Reports on dailyweeklymonthlyquarterly basis as per set formats Achieving regularly updated targets given by the company at individual as well as team level Promote harmony and demonstrate performance orientation, positivity, fair play at work Develop marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes Team Management Providing project expertise and training to telemarketers externalinternal and Sales Executives and developing Sales pitch Tracking and everyday reporting of telemarketers externalinternal and Sales Executives Mentoring telemarketers externalinternal and Sales Executives to keep up with their assigned targets and boost their performance Actively participate in and host expertise sharingteam building exercises Relationship Building To organize, attend and support any business promotional events organized by the company or by any builder enthusiastically Maintaining good relations with builders Sales team as Brand Ambassador of the company New Business Development Research, develop and build business across designated area in Resale Leasing Land Deals Manage and forecast internationalglobal opportunities Introducing new and innovative business practices which result in measurable improvement in the organization efficiency and revenue Marketing expertise of offline and online marketing and the capability to manage, strategize marketing campaigns which result in measurable ROI
