Mission
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

tasks:
Manage and facilitate account opening process for execution only bu
siness, obtaining documentation, electronic and physical signatures, ensuring EG
US system is populated with rates, providing instruction to Business Data for op
ening
Work with front office, On-Boarding, Clearing Services, and Busines
s Data to expedite the process
Manage documentation and data client maintenance requests using the
Pega on-boarding workflow tool
contact with other brokers and clients to manage activity within EGU
S
Ensure strong engagement and regular interaction with the On-Boardi
ng specialists as well as other significant departments and clients as required
Work within the appropriate regulatory framework, procedures and gu
idelines set out by SG strategy
Maintain the document repository and customer files ensuring that a
ll significant documents are saved and named appropriately
Perform archiving and filing
Ensure the client and counterparty contact list is kept up-to-date
Identify and escalate bottlenecks which may cause delays to Pipelin
e Leads and On-Boarding specialists
Create and maintain written policies and procedures related to docu
mentation and regulatory requirements
Maintain metrics of activities to produce on a monthly basis
Perform reviews to ensure correct documentation is in place for exe
cution clients, including Persus checks and remediation projects
Profile

emphasis on Futures. Also including products such as Fixed salary, Equities, C
ommodities, Currencies, Hedge Funds, High Frequency, Execution Only, Prime Broki
ng, SDMA / DMA, NCM, etc.
Knowledge of products, client types and regulatory requirements sur
rounding new account opening, as well as knowledge of KYC and Legal document
ation
knowledge of Legal and Compliance requirements for opening exec
ution only accounts
