Job Description function : Accounts Receivable adjunct manager practice : 6 to 12 years Location : Mumbai (Chandivali) JD : Maintain Up-To-Date Billing System and Generate And Send Out Invoices Carry Out Billing, Collection And Reporting Activities According To Specific Deadlines Ensure Revenue Assurance and report monthly dashboard for revenue for all Business units Perform Account Reconciliations Monitor Customer Account Details For Non-Payments, Delayed Payments And Other Irregularities Research And Resolve Payment Discrepancies Follow Established Procedures For Processing Receipts, Cash Etc Prepare Bank Deposits Process Adjustments Assist With Month-End Closing and Ensure TDS as per 26AS is accounted and TDS certificates are collected from customers Assit in statutory and internal audits and prepare audit Schedules Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R and stock statements for bank reportings Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
